Can I bring my family and kids?
Yes, please do! This is absolutely a family-friendly conference. During the daytime, we will have science-themed activities for your kids to enjoy and your family is welcome to join us for evening social events!
Can I cancel my registration?
We allow cancellations, but it may incur a fee up to 20% of your registration costs. To cancel, please reach out to us via your Eventbrite confirmation email.
Is there parking at the venue?
The Hyatt Regency Maui offers parking at a discounted rate of $10 per day.
Are talks recorded?
No. Our speakers have worked hard to prepare unique and innovative talks, please join us at conference sessions in-person.
